Unlike the regulars, Dupree, a small forward, goes through two practices instead of one. He is a participant in the tug-of-war, three-on-three battles after practice, which feature "no blood, no foul" rules.
"It keeps us in game shape," Dupree said. "Sometimes there are stretches where we don't play. We can get out there and stay competitive and keep our edge. The three-on-three turns into a full-fledged practice with Coach Brown watching. It's a game situation. If we were in the game, he'd coach us the same way. Many a day that has happened.

That's awesome. Good little article on Ronald Dupree too. I'd love to see one of those scrimmages. I wonder who the three on three teams would be? Delfino, Jenkins, Dupree, Darko?, Ham?, Arroyo?
