Well the summer league is over....I got to catch the last two games and from what I saw Darko will be right back there next year. And that's not a good thing. In both games especially against the Celtics he looked timid and disintrested. He kept floating out to the perimeter the whole first half, but looked to be somewhat agressive in the second half in the paint. He missed a dunk and lost a couple out of bounds, but he needs to stay agressive and STAY IN THE PAINT. My dad was the and kept calling him a fake *** Toni Kukoc without the stroke. There were some bright spots though. Alex Acker is a smooth player, he seemed relaxed and confident the whole time he was on the floor, and hit jsut about everything he put up. In the Celtics game he even drove the lane a little and finished pretty strong. Jason Maxiell looked good against both the Hornets and the Celtics. He hit his jumper pretty consistently and has an outstanding feel for position on defense. He uses his size very well......everyone is questioning his height and to tell the truth he look about 6'5 in person, but he plays way bigger than that. The guy is as thick as a horse and almost jumped out of the little gym we were in. Overall it was pretty fun, Rasheed Wallace even showed up at the Celtics game, and I got to shake his hand and meet him after the game. He cracked on me about my hair, I got a pretty big fro. Chauncey Billups was there too, supporting his brother, but I didn't get to meet him.
