How about Voshon Lenard?
Not sure what his asking price would be, but I do know that he could provide great 3 point shooting and a nice spark off the bench. It helps that he's 32, from Detroit, and coming off of an injury which may allow him to accept a role off the bench.
Just recently before his injury last year he poster 14 ppg in his two previous years.
Link to Voshon's stats
*All this is possible only if Denver buys out Lenard, which it could do.

Re: How about Voshon Lenard?
He wouldn't be a horrible fit but coming off of a major injury makes him a risk.

Re: How about Voshon Lenard?
I think he could be the type of player that has a re-break out year. I remember when this guy broke out a long time ago in Miami, and then again in Denver. Time for round three
I wouldnt, however, take him over the other swings we were talking about earlier. Mike Finley, Allan Houston, etc.

Re: How about Voshon Lenard?
He sounds like the least likely to hit the open market as of now.

Yea, i made the thread thinking he had been cut, then read further on and saw it was just a possibility.
His injury is the biggest hurdle obviously, but he did look markedly better during the 3 point shoot out at the All-Star game... well about as bad as you can look coming off an ACL injury.

The Nuggets filled their need for a sharpshooter by bringing back one of their own.
Denver on Thursday chose not to buy out guard Voshon Lenard's $3.52 million contract. Lenard, the 2004 NBA 3-point champion has averaged 12.2 points in 10 NBA seasons and could have been bought out for $250,000.
The NBA has not released its 2005-06 salary cap, but the move is expected to put the Nuggets over it and limit them to no more than a mid-level exception of about $5 million.

Insider article. Denver brought Lenard back, so he's out the picture before he ever was in it.

Re: How about Voshon Lenard?
As a Heat fan, I'd love for the Pistons to have signed him. He plays defense with cement boots on.
