Player Evaluation - Elden Campbell Second year as a Piston
11.3 MPG, 3.9 PPG, 2.7 RPG, 0.5 APG, .336 FG%
This is not a poll rating how good are players are. We've been talking about that for the last 3 years. What we're seeing now is how well the 2004-2005 roster lived up to our expectations.
You have a point there, and he did do a respectable job. I just sort of expected him to do some positive things against the other 28 teams.
From the beginning the coaching staff made it sound like his one job was Shaq, so I only had that expection for him. Since we won that series, EC gets a passing grade from me

He guarded Shaq, thats the only expection I had for him lol
Thats exactly why he is on the pistons roster. His one goal is to be a big body on Shaq and I really think he does the best job of defending him one on one.
He played above my expectations, but that's not saying a whole lot considering he only played about 30 minutes the whole year (at leas tit seems that way). Gotta give him props for sitting the whole year, keeping quiet, and doing his job. Some of the younger players could stand to watch his professionalism and see that nothing is given to you.
