Jasikevicius is going to learn from Carlisle the same way Artest did.

Jermaine has. The Jones's? Come on. Tinsley has proven that he can jack up a hell of a lot of shots. That's about it.

Freddie scored 30+ points against the Magic the game after everyone was suspended. He hit so many clutch shots and almost lead a team of 6 players to victory. When we had him as our #1 or #2 option, he made big plays almost every time we needed them, and when he was demoted to a role player, he still hit some clutch 3's. James Jones hit 2 FT's at the end of games twice this season. If he had missed just one, we would've blown both games. He's also nailed a few 3's when we needed them. Before Tinsley injured his foot, he was becoming a pretty clutch player. He'd also hit 3's with a few seconds left on the shot clock when we were down a few points, and one game I remember he drove into the lane and hit a jumper which won us the game.

Dale Davis has no value whatsoever.

Dale Davis played better than Jeff Foster last season. He was the 3rd best shot blocker on our team behind Harrison and Jermaine, and can still get up to block a shot once it's left a player's hand. He can hit a 12 foot jumpshot when left wide much like Pollard or Foster, but is a more consistant rebounder.

David Harrison... maybe he could do something, but so far all he's done is sit next to Bender.

Harrison actually played the majority of the season before he needed surgery. I think he scored 22 points one game. He's a threat in the post with equal or better shot blocking skills than Jermaine O'Neal.

n't have anybody who creates from the spot and with Reggie out, nobody who moves off the ball.

Look for James Jones to fill that role.

If James Jones gets on the floor it means someone is hurt.

He'll get some decent minutes as a 3rd stringer SG and SF, with some occasional PF minutes.

Danny Granger could answer a lot of these question areas. Or he could sit on the bench the whole season like Carlisle did with Prince. I think he's going to be a very good player. But you never know with Rick.

If Danny Granger doesn't get many minutes, Carlisle is going to get some heat from Larry Bird. Much like Jasikevicius, Bird loves this guy. Unlike Detroit, Granger has two legitimate SF's ahead of him and will have to work from 3rd string from Day One. Eventually he'll probably he seeing 15-20 mpg playing ahed of James Jones at the 3.
