Vaughn to Detroit
With no help behind Atkins, and drafting Prince instead of a PG, would the Pistons be interested in signing Jacque Vaughn? If not, would they bewilling to trade for Marteen cleeves of the kings?

The three point guards that Joe Dumars seems to be most interested in are Jeff McInnis, Travis Best, and Chauncy Billups (in that order). I haven't heard anything of Jacque Vaughn. I guess he wouldn't be that bad of a fit, but I'd rather see Jeff McInnis. I also happen to believe we are talking to Cleveland about Andre Miller and New Orleans about Baron Davis. The likelihood of landing one of these star point guards seemse to be very small. There is a 0% chance of us trading for Mateen Cleaves, because...well... how do I put this nicely: he stinks
I think we will end up with either McInnis (Stackhouse buddy) or Best (played under Carlisle's system in Indiana).

Well thanks. I bought up vaughn, well the Hawks traded for Diaku and Emanual Davis is under contract. I think Davis is one of the worse PG's in the NBA. So it looks like Vaughn days are numbered there. I just htought the pistons could be a good fit.

Chauncey Billups has just left his interview in Detroit and word is everything went well. There is a pretty good chance he'll be signed but Joe will still be conducting interviews with McInnes and Best.I don't think the Pistons have any interest in Vaughn.
