Re: Weakest starter?
Along with everyone else, Sheed is my vote.
It would be great if we could get a nice deal out of him before his value lessens even more.

Re: Weakest starter?
Ask me this question and I would have said Tayshaun Prince, but this time around I have to still say Sheed. Prince has developed quicker than I expected and he is a bigger impact player than I would have imagined. That, and his upside make him by far more valuable than Rasheed Wallace. The question marks exceed the things he brings to the team. I'm not complaining that he is on my team, but that is the position I would be looking to upgrade.

Re: Weakest starter?
I would say Rip, he really dissapointed me at the end of the season and in the Sa series. I know bowen was gaurding him but he couldn't make wide open shots we he got them.

Rip wasn't himself at points during the season. Maybe he was having some problems caused by his nose, who knows. Let's see how he responds after having some time off. He is known for being the hardest offseason worker.

Re: Weakest starter?
Rip was committing easy turnovers all season and just didn't seem as comfortable with the ball as he had been in the past. Hopefully he works that kink out this offseason.

I don't understand all the Sheed hate that's been going around this summer....
Why exactly does everyone think we need to trade him again?

Because we are within a few million of the luxury tax and he got a pay raise this season. 4 more years at 12.5 million per. That's why he is going to be in rumors. Doesn't mean we are hating, just thinking.

Who could we get for him that would fit our style of play?

If Rasheed is to be traded, it won't be to get another player but to allow some of ours to play more. We have a lot of PF/C talent on the bench that will hopefully take his role over at some point in time. Rasheed would then at that time be moved to either fill a hole or for draft picks. The extra room under the luxury tax would be nice with many players in line for new contracts in the near future.

We have a championship squad and are not even in the top 10 in the league for payroll. We're even below the Spurs.
I really don't think the luxury tax - or money in general - is a concern.

Money is going to be a concern quickly. Remember Ben and Prince get new deals this year and I am sure they will ask for rasises. Rasheed is just the easiest to move and replace. I am not saying it would happen anytime soon but if I am picking one of the 5 starters, he would be the easiest to move.
