With that being said, of our core guys 2 are currently in their prime, 1 is on the cusp of entering his prime, and the other 3 are at the tail end of theirs. Luckily for us those three play virtually the same positions so they can help each other last a little bit longer.
Our bench consists of a defensive PG, an aging vet, an inconsistent PG, and a new guy who we've yet to see how he fits in.
Below them are guys with little to no experience playing so we have no idea what these guys can bring ot the table this season or in the future.

I think our window is open for the next three years. Considering if everyone stays heathy and there is no off the court issues.

This is what will determine what our future is....I really think that this is the last year for the starters now to really be legit contenders....but if these guys step up and become legit players in this league...then we got the best ahead of us IMO

We have about 3 seasons of contenders left in our full 5 starting group. At that point we need those question mark players to take over with Prince and start rolling.

This is one of those situations where I don't think you can really know. If there is a deal with Rasheed this year or anyone else, you never know who we could get or what can happen. Based on who we hve right now I would give us another 2 maybe 3 years. But I'm guessing our core will br diefferent by that time. Joe D will keep us in contention, so as long as he is in control I see a window I guess.

I agree with your agreeance. These guys make our break our team. If they all pan out then our team is a legit favourite to win the title for the next five years at least. If not, our run is coming to a close. My guess is that we will be somewhere in the middle, I have a hard time believing they will all live up to their full potential.

After a few years of pain it started to pay off for the Bulls. The only difference is there big guys had the oppurtunities to learn. Let's hope that Flip knows what he is doing in practices.

The other difference with us and Chicago is that our guys are actually learning under some of the best guys in the league. As to where Chicago young guns were just thrown into the mix. That is why we will be in contention now and for many years to come.

Post players learn from experience and teaching. Hopefully that pays off for us.
I think it will and already is. We can see from the summer league that Darko is getting a little better. I will be praying that Darko comes out and does some damage this year that would make Joe D look even more of a master mind.
