How do you think we'll do?

We typically don't too well on West Coast swings and I don't remember having a tough opening month like this one in a couple of seasons.

I think it will take longer to get accustomed to Saunders system than the preseason. As a Piston fan I want to say 13-0...but as a basketball fan and knowing that it wont be an immediate transformation into an offensive machine, I know they will struggle(especially to start the season)and I would be content with a 9-4 to start the year. I just get the feeling that Flip will take some losses to get the team playing his way and to set his rotation.

I see 4 "trap" games. Odds are they won't go 13-0 but I don't think it would be "unrealistic" to say it's possible.

It is very hard to predict the first month of the season. I will say this, the Pistons will come strong out the gate. They'll be a top 2 East team record wise at the end of November. They are ready, no championship let down, they are hungry.

It's not unrealistic at all to think Detroit can go 13-0 to start the season. We don't play ANY contenders untill christmas, and unless your Miami, Indiana, or San Antonio, I expect to win every game.

Detroit's bench is NOT to be under-estimated this year. If it performs, we are damn near un-beatable.

Every single one of those games are winnable, no matter who's on it. If Detroit can get into the top 10 on offense this year, while maintainging thier defense, dear god watch out.
