Cleary we are the last team he would go to. I think though if the Wolves are serious about trading KG they found a team. Depending on how much the pacers would give up that might make them better.

I agree 100%. He never stated outright that he wanted to be traded. He more seemed to be lamenting the fact that he thinks the Pacers would be more cohesive without him. I think, what it is, is the closest thing to an admission that he has a temper issue. He's basically saying that he would understand if they traded him.
There may be an underlying statement about wanting out within the message, but he isn't being completely overt about it. He's created an uproar without outright saying anything that would alienate his teammates, as I think he doubts it would ever happen.
Although I do admit that Kevin Garnett on the Pacers scares the living **** out of me.

Like I said in the Pacers forum...even if Artest is just trying to get his name in the press....this is usually a sign of an upcoming meltdown when Artest does something stupid.....Plus, I think he only wants to play for NY from what I read on ESPN this morning

While he never comes out and specifically says "Trade me now", I think he makes it pretty damn clear he wants out of Indiana.
I think it would also be pretty silly for Minnesota to trade Garnett for any package. I don't know if people just haven't noticed, but they are one of the best teams in the west this year.

And now Stan Van Gundy resigns. The teams around us are falling apart, but if Riley takes over this may actually turn out to be a good thing for Miami. at least we won't have to put up with van Gundy's whining anymore.
