Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
Looks like Delfino has the edge over Mo Evans for the backup 2/3 spot as of right now.

Well, that answers my question...I guess they all showed up to back up Sheed. They are really making the Bullz look bad right now, Chicago is making terrible decisions and looks completely awestruck.

Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
I don't know if it's Detroit's D or just the Bulls being plain bad tonight. It may be a little bit of both, I just know our starters look unstoppable tonight. We play like this and not many teams will beat us.

Lol, Darko takes no time. Lol @ the balled fist. I think Harrington just wanted to hit the shower.

Did you guys see Harrington grabbing and twisting Darkos arm? Darko had his right fist clenched and a scowl like he was gonna take a poke at him if Harrington wasnt stumbling away from him.

Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
I caught the fist on the replay, I thought that was hilarious. At least he cares about something. This is Flip's offense at its' finest. The D has been good, but Chicago's offense is playing a big part in that, looks like they're just tossing the ball around.

Maxiell, Darko, Mo, and Los Dos in to finish the last 7 minutes.

Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
They did a nice job of closing out this debacle, Arroyo takes it upon himself a little too often and needs to try to get his teammates off first and if the ball comes around again he can shoot. Max looks like a keeper. Mo is steady and I like his energy. Delfino still has some rust to shake off and D needs to limit his outside shot and at least try to get some shots closer to the hoop.

Alright, I admit, I said it with a grimace on my face. I don't really like Nocioni. When I asked myself why I didn't like him I couldn't come up with an answer...so I assume that maybe I didn't dislike him. Ah well, I'll just let it be, I hate Nocioni.

Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
Bulls fan here, just wanted to say you pretty much gave it to us tonight. When the Pistons play like that, they are hard to beat.
One thing though, when the Pistons do get a big lead like that, Flip needs to play his bench heavy minutes. I don't think he has much confidence in his bench and that could haunt you all come playoff time. Pistons will be in the Conference Finals, no doubt about that (barring an injury) but with the heavy minutes tonight and other nights like I've seen, that could cause trouble.
The bench needs to get more playing time together, without the starters. I mean, did Rasheed or Prince have to be on the floor when you all were up by 20 and the game was in hand? Let the bench play together and get the confidence they need for the second season.
If that doesn't happen, I don't see the Pistons beating the Spurs in the Finals again. The Spurs upgraded their bench, the Pistons need to do the same if they want different results.
Great game though, I hope one day down the road we can have another competitive playoff series. That's still a few years away though.

Re: Game Thread: Game #20: Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
Only 2 guys over 3 mins tonight and noone over 35. Minutes were fine. Sheed mighta been in a bit long.
Pumped the bulls full of lead tonight, and nocioni should be embaressed. Ben was taking him to school a min into the game... I mean damn... Ball distribution was excellent tonight. I'll admit I was gloating a bit when the pistons started to crush the bulls, just because I knew how angry skiles was about the last game.
Thanks for trading brand for chandler mr. krause!
