I don't know if he started it, but he sure as hell took part in it. He was having a great time out there and watching bits and pieces of it on the local news was amusing.
The question I have right now is... where would we be without Chauncey Billups? Wow. 8 assists to 1 turnover. His assist/turnover ratio is at or above 4.2 right now, which is ludicrous for a guy with over 8.6 assists per game.
