He wasn't going to miss 3 game winners in a row. Great to see him keep his head up.

Re: Game Thread: Game #22: Memphis Grizzlies vs Detroit Pistons
Man, they really started to look sluggish in the fourth, Memphis looked like they were playin for the trophy in the 4th and the OTs. Alot of energy and some unexpected guys steppin up. I really hope the bench can provide some solid minutes tommorow cause the starters are gonna be spent.

Memphis should be really upset with themselves after this game. We stunk it up in the fourth quarter and the OTs. It was their game to take although I'me pretty happy we didn't lose =)

Re: Game Thread: Game #22: Memphis Grizzlies vs Detroit Pistons
The problem with the Pistons in OverTime seems to be the overuse of the starters during regulation. Flip is a great use, but the starters just need to be rested a tad more or the overtimes are really going to always look this bad for us.

We were straight up bad in the 4th. I don't think it is just OT. I just think our consistancy dropped off at the end of the game where it usually shines.
You gotta give the Pistons credit here... Memphis was playing fantastic, the Pistons ended up playing like crap when it counted, and they still won. The Pistons may have started hot, but they lost any heat they had in the 4th, and barely held on.

Anyone else notice during the game yesterday how bad Memphis' PA announcer was? Worst in the league IMO.

Re: Game Thread: Game #22: Memphis Grizzlies vs Detroit Pistons
Great game, congrats Pistons. We're still a couple of players away from taking it to the next level. Gasol isn't quite there yet, but he's getting better all the time. We ought to charge CB a fee to play in our house. The guys kills us every time we play you. Everybody in the Forum knew he was going to take that last shot. The percentages caught up with us. You can't let him have an open look like we did on that last play. Frat should have pulled Damon and put DJ on him.
You're fortunate Miller's shot has been on vacation the last couple of games and BoJax was injured, or it would have been a different ending.
Next time, your place.

Got to hand it to the Grizz. I thought they were ready to mail it in when a few calls didn't go there way. They were able to fight through it and make it a very interesting game.
However, had Rasheed not made another bonehead play at the end of the game this thing may have been settled in regulation. I swear, this guy has the most mental lapses of any player I've watched. Love the guy, definitely want him on our side rather than against us, but damn.

Re: Game Thread: Game #22: Memphis Grizzlies vs Detroit Pistons
I was happy with the win cause Tay started well but faded and Cnote played well, Ben brought some energy but Rip and Sheed looked bad, I didnt check their stat lines but Im sure neither shot very well. And dont get me started on the free throws....Ben at least hit a couple, Sheed???what was he? 2-5/6? and Tay? they both had chances to seal it at the line and failed.
