I see you've not only done an about face whenit comes to portland, but you now apparently like Rasheed, eh? found by barfo

With all honesty... that is kind of a gross alteration of opinion... Sheed was always pretty much a non-opinion for me before he was a Piston, I didn't care for him but what he did was his business and the business of the Trailblazers... when he came to Detroit I learned to love his style of play and his team-first attitude. I could see feeling the way that SolidGuy did if I had been a Blazers fan back then... but to alter that opinion so drastically IS admittedly kind of meh.

I believe that either the poster in question was never much of a Blazer fan to begin with (he recently asked if it was odd for him to root against a player (telfair) despite his play helping the team, because he "didn't like him") or he's doing some kind of paper for a class, or he's just really strange.
If you read most of his posts over his history, you'll see that it's probably the last one. He kept saying that we blazer fans shouldn't talk bad about Shareef (mocking the fact he's always on bad teams it seems) because people might think we were hating muslims. Or he'll say things that are factually wrong, or just not practical.
It's just comical how hyperbolic he is, and how a lot of his claims/theories are just hairbrained at best.
The fact that he already reffered to the pistons as "we" after maybe 2 days, seems to say a lot. Like I said, maybe he's doing it for some kind of paper on the study of fans and how they react to bandwagon fans. I don't know.
I'll just say him leaving is not our loss and it's not your gain.

Ah well.. until he says something stupid I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He hasn't done anything to me, so its really out of line for me to say anything bad about him. Meh.

Re: Game Thread: Game #34: Charlotte Bobcats @ Detroit Pistons
I didn't want to bring this to the Pistons message board but I feel I have to defend myself. Those comments were made during the summer. So far this season I have sort of liked Wallace more and more and the way he plays is just the way he is. He's a fierce guy who plays with passion, if he doesn't, then he can't fully maximize his talent. I'm just tired of seeing losing basketball and I like how the Pistons play team basketball. I love the game of basketball and hopefully I can get attached to the Pistons as much as I did with the Blazers.

$500,000 is alot of money, I wish I had that much but it's pennies and nickels to Wallace. Rasheed Wallace has always be a fierce guy and you can't change him. By the way Wallace still loves the city of Portland evident in the fact that he has a foundation set up to help little kids in the Portland area.

Re: Game Thread: Game #34: Charlotte Bobcats @ Detroit Pistons
My only problem with SG3 is that he clogged up the Blazers board with thousands of pointless posts. He started a thread about the weather in Portland last month, and was "LOL"-ing at people who predicted the weather differently than him- but his prediction was WAY off.
SolidGuy3 does not have a good knowledge of the nba, but he needs people to think he does. There are plenty of examples on the Blazers board of SG3 saying things that are simply wrong. He is one of the most prolific posters there recently, and that's only one of his logins (he admitted to at least one other).
SolidGuy3 needs attention, hope you guys can give it to him.
Oh- and he's not 21 like he says, he's 15. Not sure why he needs to lie about it.
