When do we use the draft pick from Orlando? and what are the conditions?

From what I understand. This year Orlando keeps it. In 2007 it is top 5 protected so as long as they have a pick 6 or later we would get it. After that I am not sure if there are any restrictions on it at all.

Only problem is with the current team and another high first rounder I dont see our 2007 pick being real good.
