Remember 2004
The second round of the playoffs we were down 3-2 against the Nets we came back to win the next two games. Their is no reason we shouldn't be able to do that against the cavs. That being said if we don't beat the cavs I am starting the fire Flip and bring back LB club.

Re: Remember 2004
Yeah but with Sheed having that bum ankle it makes things a little different..I mean how many times can this team do this year after year...eventually it is going to catch up to them...

Re: Remember 2004
Sheed has plantar fascitis in that series against the Nets.
I do think it's different though, even in the triple overtime game 5 loss I remember thinking Detroit had gotten a lot of momentum back in the series. They actually played well that game but too many people fouled out and New Jersey hit too many shots.
Since the 3rd quarter of Game 2 they have shown absolutely nothing that would indicate they are going to turn this around. They've made the same mistakes 3 games in a row. Cleveland has given them every opportunity to win every game in this series and they've been pissing them away. What happens if the Cavs come out and actually play well?
If they can come out and win Game 6 in Cleveland I think they will win the series. But they have shown nothing to suggest that that is going to happen.

Re: Remember 2004
Come on Guys, stop this, we are going to see tomorrow. Everything will be clear. Cavs is not Indiana,Houston or Nets. coming back from 3-2 against such teams does not necessarily mean that you will win this series. This Cleveland and James.

Re: Remember 2004
history's on our side, but it doesn't mean much.. for one, wasn't jason kidd injured in that game 6? Cavs have no injuries and on the contrary we have an injured rasheed and rip and they're potentially getting back an emotional larry hughes.. this is the here and now, and these pistons need to step up and really want this
