For those thinking this rule is unfair to players and especially to rasheed, i ask you, how many other players are still yelling and complaining to the refs 3 or 4 possessions later? Yes, there are a few and rasheed is one of them. This rule is designed to get those players to stop worrying about the calls and play. Rasheed is rasheed and in my opinion, refs have been TOO lenient with him in the past. I've seen many games where he has been complaining and berating refs long after the play occurred and refs have let it go rather than stop the flow of the game. Refs have given him more leash sometimes than other players because they know how he is but not anymore. If he wants to keep complaining, he'll keep being ejected. simply as that. If he doesnt' want to grow up then he has to live with the consequences
