AI vs. C-Webb!
This would be a good time to bounce back from a fairly lame streak.

Hopefully we break out of this lull, we're not playing well lately.
I'm on spring break, I dunno how much I'm gonna be around this week.

Rasheed gets a tech for saying Ball don't lie.
If he gets suspended from this, which he will be if it isn't rescinded, I don't think I can bring myself to watch the NBA again.

This is belated but I'm tired of seeing Chauncey take threes on fast breaks. He's been doing it ever since Saunders came and almost never makes it. It's a horrible decision that most pgs wouldn't do.

I have tickets for the clippers game on sunday. sheed is my favorite player. if he is suspended over this, i'm going to be really pissed. i know it probably doesn't matter, but i'll write a scathing letter to the league. i didn't spend over $100 for this garbage

Webber's motivated this game. He's been motivated almost every game, but this time I think he may be sticking it to Iverson. Webber is at 20-9-2-2-1 with a few minutes left.

Re: Game Thread: Pistons @ Nuggets: Mar. 9/07
Mr. Big Shot shot 6-17 fg and 0-5 from the 3 point line. Last 5 games he is 14-51 fgs (27%) and 3-21 3 pointers (14%). That didn't include denver so in the last 6 games it is 11.5% 3 point shots. For some reason Chauncey never gets any criticism. It's bizarre.

Re: Game Thread: Pistons @ Nuggets: Mar. 9/07
We're so lucky we have you around to criticize him.
I can't really defend this, his shot has been off and he's had some disastrous outings. Both he and Rip need to pick it up (other than the Cleveland game, Rip has also been off the last 5-6 games, and he takes more shots. He's also racking up an inordinate amount of turnovers for him). We're playing while they're low, and that's a big reason why we're struggling lately. I'm very glad we won decisively today on the road, even if it was against a team that's undergoing some turmoil of its own.

Yeah, Hamilton is really pissing me off with his turnovers. He makes the most disastrous lobs ever and he never stops. He's like permanently in the all star game. Last night he threw one that went to the three point line. I don't understand why Flip can't make him stop, he must have no control over him or doesn't notice that Rip sucks in amazing ways at the ally oop.

DENVER -- When the Detroit Pistons left for Denver on Thursday, they knew they were going to be short-handed with Lindsey Hunter serving a 10-game suspension for testing positive for a diuretic on the NBA's banned substance list.
The Pistons' hand just got a little shorter after Rasheed Wallace picked up his 16th technical foul of the season -- an automatic one-game suspension -- in the second quarter on Friday night's 95-82 win against Denver.
"It's no different than not having him when he was hurt, sitting out," said Pistons coach Flip Saunders, referring to the three games Wallace missed because of a sprained left foot injury.
Wallace, who had 17 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four steals on Friday, said he's not concerned about his high number of technical fouls.
"We still gonna go out there and play Pistons basketball," he said. "I just won't be able to do it Sunday. But I'll be out there on Tuesday (against Seattle). We still got guys that can play. I ain't worried about it."
