On NBA.com it says Darko watched game 5 wearing a Pistons shirt. I can't wait to get the jersey.

With my luck on jersey's they will take Melo or he will change number.

Speaking of Darko: anyone know when his ESPN the Magazine comes out? I saw him on the cover, but I can't make out the date in the photo, so I'm not sure if it's been out and I missed it, or it's due out soon.

yo yo yo. you obvioulsly didnt see that story on how darko was saying that nenad is a real good player. the game between there 2 clubs. they guarded each other, nenad had sometin like 29 points and 8 boards while darko had only like 7 points. even dumars was saying how great nenad is. hope he does come over next year.

Let's see if Nenad was in this year's draft he would be a lottery pick, Darko will be the #2 pick you do the math.

I was reading ESPN insider and it had the athletic ability of players seems Darko did pretty well. Here's a very small piece of the article:

The two guys to watch are Bell and Hansen. They were the only guys on the first-round bubble to finish in the Top 10 athletically. Their strong finish should help both of their causes.

First there was the bench press at 185 lbs. Darko got it up 13 times. It seems like that is good for a man his size and age considering they said Kaman got it up and "impressive" 15 times and of course Kaman is at least 3 or 4 years older than Darko.

Vertical Jump: This was suprising to me becauseI just read in the ESPN with Darko on front that he had a 26.4 inch vert but they are reporting it to be 32.5 now. Bosh had a 33. Melo had a 33.5. Troy Bell had a 41 and Dahntay Jones had over a 38 but below 40. Josh Powell (NC State) had a over 38 inchews too.

Lane agility: Not exactly sure what they do for this workout, but Darko finished in 11.3 seconds and for comparison Kirk Penney led with a 10.44, Bosh had 11.3, and Melo 11.4.

3/4 Court Sprint: Penney led again with a time of 3.04 secs. Darko had 3.36, Melo 3.15, and Kaman 3.37

Can't really tell too much off numbers but just thought I would drop some of this info in here.

Obviously, you really don't know much about that game do you?
Here is the Box Score

Nenad played twice as many minutes as him and most people have off days. Nenad also went to the stipe more times plus took more shots.

Also Nenad's team lost!

Too bad you forgot about this game!

Darko put up better numbers in simliar minutes. That is a much better comparison.

Okur outplayed shaq in our win in less minutes, does that make him better?

Point is Darko is younger and has more upside. In reality Okur will hand Nenad's *** to him on a silver plater next year, You Know??

Nenad will be a solid player but Darko can and probably will be way better.

Either way, will nenad play that much with Collins, Deke, Williams, Jefferson and K-mart in front of him?

I also hear he is a stick for his size, 210 lbs for a 7 footer. Needs some muscle to play here.

We shall see how he and Darko will be doing in the next couple of years for the final verdict.

nenad is 7'1 and about 230 right now. and hes still growing. a year ago 6'11, this year 7'1. wow. maybe he gets more time cause hes better, but well see. if i was a piston fan, i would love to take melo. kid got some skillz. melo proved himself in front of america. put him in the 3 and bring in prince to back up the 2 and 3. i would guarentee you he would be a lottery pick if he declared this year.
