Prince: Pistons Should Stand Pat
http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/a...52/1048/SPORTS
Quote:
Pistons' forward Tayshaun Prince believes that the team should stand pat this offseason rather than make any major moves, according to The Detroit Free Press.
Team President Joe Dumars has said repeatedly that he's looking at all options this summer, and that no one is safe on the roster.
"I know he's looking at several opportunities to see what's out there. But ... this is a team where I've been there six years, and I've been to the Eastern Conference finals or better every year of my career," Prince said. "A lot of people don't get the opportunity to say that."

Frankly Tayshaun, I don't give a damn!

Re: Prince: Pistons Should Stand Pat
Not many people would go to the ECF that much and choke almost every time either.

Re: Prince: Pistons Should Stand Pat
Prince would look great in a Blazer uniform. He might be the perfect player for us. Defensive minded, and able to stretch the defense keeping them from doubling down on Oden and Aldridge

Oden would look great in a Piston's jersey too. Let's make it happen.

They're both tailor made for Mavs jerseys.

Childress is about to leave the NBA, and Barnes signed somewhere. When does Joe realize we need a small forward?

Re: Prince: Pistons Should Stand Pat
I'm all for Walter getting some burn. I think he's a Detroit player, but he has hardly been consistent enough when give PT. I'd give the Bonzi Wells suggestion again, but it's been out there for the past 5 or so years.
Ugh.
