They are reporting that Hamilton left in 2qtr w/ bloody nose.Does anyone have any info on what happened? Just watching the tape of their preseason against Boston where we killed them 123-95. GO PISTONS!!!!!!!!!

Marcus Banks was driving on him and threw a hard forearm into his nose. He went to the floor immediatey, sat on the bench with a towel over his face for about a minute, then went to the lockerroom for the rest of the game. Could be broken.

They don't know if it is broken or not he will be reevaluated today.

I hate to talk about exhibition games because they couldn't mean less but the pistons looked good. Billups was on fire and Memo looked good in his first game.

I had no idea Hamilton even got hurt, I only got to catch the second half. I hope it's not broken, but even if it is he can still play.

I was going to make a new thread about this, then I realized that it was just only pre-season. But the Pistons do look a lot better. This team has so many more weapons and Memo looked great.

Just to put closure on this topic, I haven't really seen this injury affect Rip too badly. Anyone else seen anything, that leads you to believe Rip's injury is affecting the way he plays?

Nope, plays the exact same way... in fact I wish he got the ball more, especially coming off those screens... he's been carrying us at least offensively in the 4th quarter the last two games.

Hamilton is scary now...I mean I was always a Hamilton fan but I mean I think that he is twice as good now then I thought that he was gonna be....I mean we are a defensive team that looks to be built around the Post with new coaching. But he is still scoring so many points in 1 qtr alone. AMAZING!!! he is just so good!!
