Good question. I wonder where he is at right now , and if he might play next year.

I think he's playing next year for sure. I remember them saying he would most likely come over after this season, when they drafted him.
I can't find any real significant info on him after searching through google for about 10 minutes.

He is playing for Skipper Bologna in Italy. I saw his stats a coupled days ago. Averaging around 10 a game. I'm not sure how much you can read into that though.

When they first drafted him I remember hearing something about how he was a waste of pick because he wasn't gonna be able to get out of his european contract kinda like darko was at first, I haven't heard of anything since this though

Well he couldn't get out of his European contract this year. Almost his entire NBA salary would have gone to his old team for his buyout if he would have come, so he's waiting it out a year to get a lower buyout.

All the experts along with the Pistons have all said that Delfino was the "steal" of the draft. We should really consider ourselves lucky to have such a talented scout team. Carlos would have been a top 5-10 pick in next years draft had he not come out this year and he is one more reason why we don't need Melo. Just thought I'd clear that up for you.

And our scouts said Andreas Glyniadakis would be a lottery pick if he was in the draft next season. They said the same thing about Mehmet Okur - and we all know how bad he turned out!!
Seriously, in a couple years when we can expect Glyniadakis to replace Campbell as a rookie off the bench, and Darko fully develops - take a look at this time. Chauncey, Rip, and Tayshaun should be here for a while, too.
PG: Billups - FA/Draft pick
SG: Hamilton - Delfino
SF: Darko - Prince
PF: Wallace - Darko
C: Okur - Glyniadakis
Corliss, Chucky, and others gone..

Do you really think that Darko can play the 3?
From what I've seen he is a 4 or 5 only.

he plays in the skipper... maybe the youngest and strongest team in Italy... (it's the same team of Milos Vujanic).. He playing the Point forward.. he is taking the ball more than Milos... On offense his shot is still unrealiable... but on D he is super. I think next year will be a very good back-up for Taysun or Rip.

I agree he doesn't have the foot speed to be a 3, at least from what I've seen.

NOoo... he is very strong on the D.. he can also guard the 2s... Defense is his better skill, and of course athletism... The problem is offensive.. because he has not a sure shot.. Anyway he is already a good slasher..

I think he was referring to the suggestion of playing Darko at the 3
