sorry to bust the bubbles, but the pistons will last a max of 6 games, lakers win the first 2, then lakers win 1 out of 3 in palace and finish the pistions off at game6 at home.

Yeah I dont mean to rain on anyone's parade either.......but winning a weak Eastern Conference really isnt that much.....you need to worry about the Lakers.....they actually hit there shots....you guys need to learn to score........You should have a thread about how you think LB will try to handle LA.......

What's so bad about celebrating tonight after a big win? Nothing. The Pistons and their fans can worry about LA tomorrow. Tonight they just earned what for many on the team is their first finals berth. Enjoy it now because like many have said you may not get back. AS for the fans -- they haven't been in the finals for 14 years, I'd say that's cause for a celebration. We can get back to business tomorrow.

Since the pistons last made the finals us piston fans have been through a lot. We have had to deal with Pete Chillcut and Bill Curley as our centers and Mark Macon and Literial Green as our guards and that is just the tip of the iceberg. We have finally made it back so have a  and whatever happens in the finals remember we could still have ron rothstein as our coach. |

Go Detroit, good luck in the finals. The key matchup up is Kobe and Rip and R/B Wallace on Shaq. However Karl Malone could come up big if both wallaces go onto Shaqdaddy

Oh your right knowing the worst we'll finish is as EC champs really busts my bubble....wait no not at all...you can never count the Pistons out there that type of team. It should be a good series but I think the Pistons will win we played well against the lakers before Sheed and he's sure not going to hurt us bt having him play.
