They should have just played the bench after the first 10 minutes... Geez. The guy hitting 21 3's was impressive though.

Re: Lincoln set new record of 201 Points
Full court press the entire game for which a team suited only 6 players, and your up by at least 50 at the half. Disgusting.

Re: Lincoln set new record of 201 Points
I don't find a problem with what they did at all. The coach started 3 bench players right off the bat and the reason they pressed was for practice... it was pretty much a scrimage for them and he wanted his team to continue to play good defense so it would carry over in the future.

Looking at the box score, homeboy with the 21 3-pointers shot 41 of 'em...in 24 minutes. Geez. Nearly 2 3-point attempts per minute.
Poor sportsmanship my ***. Come strong or don't come at all!

Poor team? That's a copout. If you can't field a team, then don't play the game.

Re: Lincoln set new record of 201 Points
I played ball with a 8 year old a few weeks ago. If I go by the "****in bring it!" motto I would have elbowed him in the face and gone full tilt.
Oh wait, hes 8, and if you're winning then theres no reason to be a *******.
To the people who think these guys arent punks, I hope someone pays more attention to you, because you're obviously starved for attention. I also have no problem calling you guys ****ing punks as well.

Re: Lincoln set new record of 201 Points
The crazy thing is that the opponents scored 78. What kind of track meet was this?
The least that Lincoln could've done was try to get the ball to the two guys that didn't get any points. Maybe that would've slowed them down a little.
I've been actively interested in games where the one team with a sizeable lead continues to press and it just gets depressing. Short bench, add in some foul trouble due to the frustration and then a full court press from a team full of fresh legs, not exactly a classy act.
