Seems to have responded to criticisms of being soft - is averaging 15rpg to go along with 22+ppg so far. If he continues this play, I could see someone falling in love with him in the middle of the first round. I wonder if he's closer to Michael Bradley than Troy Murphy, though.

Seems like Fazekas is playing much more aggressively this season. I wouldn't compare him to Murphy or Michael Bradley. But if I had to he's much closer to a Troy Murphy type of player because he can hit the outside shot. I would compare him to what Raef LaFrentz played like at Kansas, not the NBA Raef though.

I would never draft Fazekas. Ever. Not even in the second round.
A guy that's 6'11, 240lb, hits 3s, and should average over 22/12 in his senior year as a leader for a pretty solid team doesn't merit consideration, even in the 2nd round?

Another great game from Nick against Santa Clara. The key games for him during the regular season, as far as prospect matchups, are going to be on 12/3 against Hardin and Cal and 12/30 against Heytvelt and Gonzaga. Those two could be huge for his stock.

This guy might possibly have the most complete offensive arsenal in college basketball right now. I don't think there is anything he can't do offensively.
When you watch him play in person he is everything you want in a college player, skill, leadership and poise. Problem is he doesnt have an NBA body, someone will find a spot for him.
He looks bigger than Kevin Durant, and no one is complaining about drafting Durant. His body wont hold him back, whats really against him is the lack of exposure by the media
He is a big man. And he needs strength tremendously. Don't think he doesn't.

1/2 the guys going from college to the NBA need added strength, but how big do you want him? 300+?
You put words into people mouths more than anyone on this board.
He doesnt get pushed around too much at this level but he is very slight, he doesnt look like he has the frame to add a lot of bulk but maybe he does, skill wise he's a real nice player with a real presence to him.
