In what looks to be a sorry draft for points, he's one of the best. Is he better than Shakur?

It's becoming easier to say that as the season goes on; Law's definitely a 1st rounder. I think the only points that would go before him are Crittenton and Collison (if either even jump).

I worry about his shot making on the pro level. He's not a very good shooter and once he's gameplanned for, he's going to be about a 30 percent shooter. Not to mention he's not amazing off the bounce going to the hole either.
At best an Eric Snow type IMO. Will probably make the league, then a few years go to Europe.

He has that it factor to him much like Gerry McNammara did last year at Syracuse. One of those few guys who seems to make the big shots at the ends of the games. He has the skills to be a solid NBA if he works at it which I have a feeling he will. I could be wrong just my 2 cents on the guy

I can't see him landing in Europe. His shot isn't 30% bad, neither is his shot selection. He's gone for something like 52% this year. My only qualm would be that he needs to improve that outside shot. His midrange is decent enough to survive in the NBA though. He'll be a decent NBA player, not Chauncey Billups though as nbadraft.net has him projected. Right now I'd say he's a mid-late 1st rounder.

Jason Kidd had a horrible shot while he was in college, and turned out to be a pretty good shooter in the league.
I wouldn't go that far. Jason Kidd is not a pretty good shooter. He's a poor shooter. His career average hovers around 40%.

I would say he seems to play like a poor man's Billups. Not as gifted but has the same demeaner and style about him.

I don't know why people like you read my posts. Of course I'm serious. His shooting skills are very suspect for an NBA guard, and he's not really a penetrator or pure point. He's like a game manager kind of point guard, which is a backup point guard in the NBA.

He would be a good fit on a team that ran a more complex offense. If anything he is worth a flyer since he seems to play smart and is good under pressure. I don't think he is as limited as say a Mateen Cleaves turned out to be.
