Aaron Brooks

6'0, 160 PG - Oregon (Sr.)

Aaron's a pipsqueak of a point, but the guy just gets it done. He's definitely one of my favorite players to watch in college. I could see him sneaking onto an NBA roster next year.

Re: Aaron Brooks

Good player with amazing speed, however he isnt a true point guard. He reminds me of Dee Brown in the sense that he can score, has great speed, but can he play PG in the NBA?

I think he can play PG, but like Brown, he fits in better as a scorer. While he is great with the ball in his hands, he just doesnt have the vision or the passing ability to be a consistent NBA point guard.

Re: Aaron Brooks

If he's 6'0, Kyle Lowry is 6'3. This dude is closer to 5'9 than 6'0.

His Elden Campbell-like 6'2.25" wingspan allows him to play like he's 6'0, lol.

Re: Aaron Brooks

You guys should of seen Brooks play in high school, he was amazing. Him and Morrison played the in the 4a Championship game and it was a dual between the two. Brook's Franklin team took home the trophy.

Ammo's coming out party for most of us in western Wash.
He was about 6-4 at that time, Brooks was short even then, i also question his character.

Bryce Taylor and Aaron Brooks...

Malik Hariston was the only consistent player on the team last year. This year Taylor and Brooks have stepped it up and are playing great. Tajuan Porter is playing well for a freshman, but his shot selection is going to cost them at least one game.

Don't forget Leunen and his double double average. I don't know where that Ducks team would be without him on the boards.

Re: Aaron Brooks

Definitely not starting material. The Raiders need to upgrade their QB asap. The big question is Quinn or Russell. I don't think either is that great but they are the best options in the draft right now.

Re: Aaron Brooks

I dont see him being a NBA player, but who knows someone might take a risk by having him on their bench. Very quick, and a solid penetrator. I don't think he is a point though

Re: Aaron Brooks

Brooks came up large yet again as Oregon held off Stanford. Brooks had 19 points, 10 rebounds, but only 2 assists.
