He played hs ball in kentucky, huntington and north college hill. That's three. And he left cause Bill Walker left him and he got scared about the talent around him. This kid's got trouble written all over him. What other hs player has their own friggan website. This kid is full of himself. And i forget what all star hs game it was, but he sucked, then had a wide open 3 that would've won the game and missed it. I'd take derrick rose over him any day of the week.
He bumped a ref, got caught with marijuana, the list goes on and on. YOu read the NY Times article about how he eneded up at USC? who the hell does that. Basically Tim Floyd had to sit around and wait for Mayo to call him whenever he felt like it. And he's only going there cause its Cali, has nothing to do with playing style, or how good a fit it is. He's just going to further himself PR wise. If you thought kobe was a ball hog, watch out for this kid come the NCAA season.
