Im watching him right now vs Arkansas and he is in on every play. His shot blocking is really refined. And he gets rebounds out of pure athleticism. His shooting range is good but as he goes back his accuracy drops pretty significantly. He can handle enough to slash when he wants or help break a press when necessary. NBA athlete, but sadly as HKF said John Brady is not the guy to develop him into anything that he wouldnt be able to do in a gym by himself.

It's looking like Anthony Randolph is going to be gone. He's in contention for SEC ROY. He's a major stat sheet stuffer and would really excel in an uptempo offense. He's also a major shot blocker.

This guy is a big time scorer, but it's hard to take him serious because he looks like Todd Bridges. Also what the heck was wrong with John Brady that this team starts playing good basketball under Butch Pierre when he gets fired. LSU has been halfway decent in the last few weeks. Randolph especially.

Brady can barely motivate a player to continue living much less play basketball. The players like Butch Pierre much much more. However having any LSU success under Butch Pierre is so dangerous because it might actually convince people that he can coach. He's just Brady with a new coat of paint...uhhh.
As for Randolph I think he's the most underrated freshman in the NCAA. Virtually no one is talking about him. He is one of the most NBA ready freshmen also. Where a guy like Love is obviously a superior player right now, his NBA potential is a bit questionable. I have no doubt that Randolph will be a good pro.

This weekend may not be fans' last chance to see freshman forward Anthony Randolph in an LSU jersey.
"I would say there's a 90 percent chance I'm coming back here," Randolph told The Daily Reveille on Monday. "I like it here. I like the coaching staff, the players, the fans and the whole LSU atmosphere."
I think that since LSU doesn't appear to have any post season hopes that he is more likely to stay. I also think that if Butch Pierre remains the coach, something I pray to the dear sweet baby Jesus doesn't happen, he will be more likely to stay. I'd rather lose Randolph and Butch than keep both.
