If you can find Eagle Rare 10-year bourbon it's definitely worth a try. It's around $25 a 750mL where I am and it's a really solid liquor. Not sure what the price would be on your end.

High fiber diet is the way to go bro. I made a smoothy this morning with kale, a melon, and some raspberries. All the fiber leads to a fairly routine bathroom cycle. Wake up, have a coffee, poop. Then have a mid day poop and I'm good.
Teeth are my own, and my backs ok. With a 2 month old baby the wife isn't getting too much pleasing at the moment. She's working on cutting the baby weight so she feels better about herself and I'm cool with waiting..... because of my high coolness quotient.

Memory is a little iffy at times though.

But anyways, no, none of that stuff. The thing that changed was my heart. In metaphorical ways.
