I just got done playing ball, and I'll get back at it to finish for the day in a little bit. I'm probably gonna bike 5 miles or so again, and finish with the Ab ripper. |

Re: Workout Thread
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...t-workout.html
I do that workout minus the day on the legs because I do a lot of cycling on a real bike, and I play a lot of sports that I find work the legs enough for me. I don't know how good it is or what-not, but it's really worked for me so far. I'm going to do that Abripper you talked about above, it looks hard but good. I throw in cardio on most days, along with the few times in a week I play ball and football. |

Re: Workout Thread
Lost a tooth? Thats rough man. I just have this iritation/burn on my ankles from the friction in the skate. I don't know how hockey players do it, skating is not exceptionally comfortable.

Re: Workout Thread
^ I have the same burn from my basketball ankle brace. It stings, hurts and itches at the same time.

Re: Workout Thread
On the other hand, they work. In the past two years I can count at least a half dozen times where my ankles would've been wrecked (even more) if I hadn't been wearing the braces.

Re: Workout Thread
Working on 5 days straight with zero pop. Have done Abripper the past 2 days with 6 miles on the bike the 22nd. I will probably go for a jog and go lift today before we are supposedly getting this huge snowstorm.

Re: Workout Thread
Did an hour long indoor football yesterday, non-stop. It was very good stuff, ****ing tired.
Here is where it all goes downhill though, beer and turkey for a few days. |
