I wouldn't be all that far off of that number. It takes 4 to get me to .05 on average, although blood alcohol always has many variables.

I've had one. If I was in most other states I may have served jail time, but in Wisconsin it's basically a really harsh speeding ticket where they suspend your license for a year. It's been well over a year now, but I've been 100% public transportation ever since.

Unless you're like 6'8" and 300lbs I doubt it would take four beers to get you to blow .05. For an average sized man it takes two beers. Again, unless you leave several hours later and your body has a chance to process all the alcohol.

And, in this case, if he were obviously baked they would have searched his vehicle (which he said nothing about) and they'd've arrested him on the spot (our ****ed up seizure laws mean that they could take his vehicle if they found him in possession) rather than processed him for a blood test and sent him home. So I'm still going with the "He blew a .11 and mistyped" theory until he returns to clarify.

I had a chick cop getting mad at me and pulling a "What's in the cup huh? What's in the cup?!?" because she said I acted confused when she got me to stop. I answered that I was confused being flagged down in the middle of a road, and that my McDonalds cup was full of diet coke. Surprisingly enough. Dumb bitch.

Most girl cops I've met or people I know have met are ****ing bitches.

Heh. A few years back I had a giant project that had to be finished by 8am the following morning for pickup (so that the client could look over all the material and familiarise themselves with it before 1pm meeting). So I was at work until 11pm trying to finish the ****ing thing, and I was having trouble keeping my eyes open, so I elected to take a power nap, which lasted until 1:30am. So I left work at 2:30am, and took a cab home. To get to my house the cabbie had to drive through a rather snobby town called North Andover. And as we were driving through North Andover we got pulled over by a lady cop, who proceeds to give both me and the taxi driver the third ****ing degree.

"Why are you driving through North Andover at 2:45 in the morning?!"

"Just trying to get home, m'am. It's late, I'm tired, and I still have to go back to work in a few hours."

Apparently driving an electric day-glow yellow four door sedan with electric blue detailing, livery plates, and a taxi light on top isn't evidence enough that someone is taking a cab ride home. The dumb**** had even called for backup to deal with the dangerous cab and the fortysomething professional in the passenger's seat. At least he had the good grace to be embarrassed by his coworker's behaviour.
