I think bacon with god would be that real crisp stuff. Maybe you've got a couple nice sunny side up's and some multigrain there too.

Seriously though aside from a lot of Milwaukee being a run down shit hole, I don't have too many complaints with my state.

Crispy bacon is proof that there is no God. Why ruin a perfectly delicious meat by burning it beyond recognition? What kind and just entity would allow that?

No need to take shots at Milwaukee... it is one of two Wisconsin cities/metro areas worth living in. It is venturing out of Milwaukee or Madison for more than a week at a time that gets a little scary.

The best part of Milwaukee is Miller Park.

My favorite metro areas of the state are Madison and Eau Claire. Eau Claire is only a hour and half from the Twin Cities which I much prefer over Milwaukee.

Agreed on Madison... Eau Claire may be an hour and a half from the Twin Cities, but that's about all it has going for it (and the college, obviously)... I'm pretty sure the City's slogan is "Bring Something To Do!". I'm not sure 66,000 people qualifies you for a "metro area".

Milwaukee is actually a great place to live/grow up.... and only 90 miles up the road from Chicago, if proximity to other metro areas is what you're going for.

We are actually part of the Eau Claire-Chippewa Falls metro area. Proximity to other metro areas isn't all that important to me. I wouldn't mind that close to Chicago or the Cities, I just prefer Eau Claire over Milwaukee. I'm also within 15 minutes of the Leinenkugel factory where tours are free and come with free samples at the end of the tour.
