Bacon can be crisp without being burned... you just don't want to under-cook it, basically.

has anyone tried chocolate covered bacon? The thought seemed kind of gross to me... but then again, I do like bacon... and I do like chocolate...

Yeah I love Eau Claire. It is a city with a small town, rural feel and it has great music scene. One day I plan on touring New Glarus as well because Spotted Cow is definitely one of my favorite beers. New Glarus > Leinenkugel > Miller
