I honestly don't understand the criticism at all. I'm from here. And I'm single, why would I want a bigger place?

R-Star's dialed back the drinking and gotten himself to a decent little place in life in recent years, so now anybody that doesn't own their own house is a failure.

Investment.

My house is like 60% bigger than what I would fully want but its the type of house I see being in high demand 3-4 years from now when I might be looking to sell. The mortgage on it is like a sixth of my take home so I said why not?

This actually is going to sound lame, but I just like this suburban area where I grew up. All the houses are well out of my price range. I suppose theoretically I could buy a house in an area I don't want to live, but why? Bachelor pad in a nice area works for me.

And come on man, Milwaukee is a city with several large colleges, it's not all fat broads.

I like my bachelor pad. I also have bad credit from being a dumbshit student, so the payments would severely cut into my disposable income and I'd have to move to an area I don't like. No way.
