Hostess sucks. Eat grandmas cookies or cracker jacks.

Or something salty, doritoes or cheetos!

Are Twinkies really that important? There are a million brands of similar foods on the same shelf.

I don't see the hype.

Not as much Twinkies as it is an Iconic Brand. Hostess has been around since 1930 and also owns Wonder Bread. Laying off 18,000 workers is a sad story any day of the week.

Are you sad for the Twinkies or the people? Twinkies we can do without.

Aren't there off brand twinkies? I hope nobody tries to convince me that Hostess twinkie is MUCH better than some no-name brand.

It's corn syrup filling in a refined wheat sponge. Not really an elaborate recipe.

Yes lots. In fact I had one from Trader Joes on Tuesday and if I didn't know any different I wouldn't know the difference.

Worse, corn syrup and lard.

Hostess has some good shit but I can live without it. Sucks to hear that many people lost their jobs though.
