That and a comfy spot to kill the day in. Hair of the dog only works if you're a seasoned drinker. If you only drink on occasion and try to have a rum and coke right now you'll probably puke your guts out.

I usually go with gatorade or ginger ale and some greasy food. Then take a nap.

Whatever you do. Don't start off your hangover day by drinking water. You'll be puking it all back up within 20 minutes.

LOL yeah... I slept with my phone literally a foot away from me on loud. My buddy texted twice and called me 4 times telling me to open the hotel door within 30 minutes of me falling asleep fully clothed. I didn't hear one or his knocks.

So I doubt I would of remembered to drink water.

Oh and the original, plain Alla-seltzer too. Its great for the stomach, groggy, and headaches.

As a scientist, caffeine is great. It's a vasoconstritor which alleviates the cloudiness of the brain for me. Then some food gets me going again. But yeah, it's mostly fatigue. Being up until 3am drinking, then the alcohol prevents proper REM sleep and you wake up at 8am because that's two hours after you normally get up for the work week.

England does it right. There are people puking outside the bars at like 8pm because they just went straight to drinking.
