For the first time in over ten years. So here's my question: what do you do for hangovers? I got the drink fluids part, but anything else?

Don't get hungover myself, but I would suggest protein and starches - e.g burgers and fries, bacon/eggs and hash browns.

I always tell my hangovers to go away by cracking a few morning beers and letting my head know I'm not done yet.

I've tried everything and they don't budge for me. Only solution I've found is more beer.

I didn't drink beer if that matters. Just straight liquor.

If your Jack in the Box still carries them, grab yourself a hearty bowl. Pound it and wash it down with large glass of water.

if you don't drink beer grab a nice bloody mary or a screwdriver and that would be fine too.

You need gatorade, not water. Sit down, watch the bowl games, and don't plan on doing anything until tomorrow.

My solution was arby's today... but really any greasy food with some protein will do the trick.
