after columbia, apparantely on a new york radio station and MTV news (my roomate was watching) he said he will sign with Atlantic or DefJam or stay with Columbia......

why is this news? because L.A. reid is at Defjam, Nas respects L.A. reid

jayz is also at defjam and nas said the beef is over, he said it on MTV,

so the possiblility of a nas/jayz collabo??

Nas & Hov would be an INSANE duo! I really hope he signs with Def Jam and does some stuff with Dmx, Hov and Budden.

I thought it was Kevin Liles who isn't with Def Jam anymore? I'm pretty sure LA Reid is running Island Def Jam.

Also if Jay-Z and NaS would do a track together, Jay would have to come more like he did on Reasonable Doubt.

I still wonder how much beef there is between them. Can they coexist in the same studio together? Or is it just one of those things that happens and they're cool with each other or whatever.

Would they have to record at seperate sessions?

I think it would be disappointing anyways. Give me Reasonable Doubt Jay-Z and It Was Written Nas (both had similar styles and flows), put them on a track together. That would be fire for real.

NaS has come out numerous times and said the beef between the two is dead.

I maybe the only Nas fan who never really liked It Was Written. To me, that record had only three records to be worth listening. Nas became more fluent in "I Am" IMO.
