Yep, I think I over paid a bit but I was missing a true superstar and Wade should be good for the duration of his deal.

I've never actually tried to do a true "rebuild", so this felt like the perfect deal to finally go that route (helps to already have that ship too). Good stuff X, enjoy D-Whistle.

Memphisx did pay here a lot , but his team has a lot of depth so it isn't such a big deal for him

Baron Davis has a team option so he's likely to be cut, so I get two big time youngsters, a cheap guard prospect, two first rounders, and I shed Drew Gooden's dead weight (autopick tom-foolery).

I figured hey, if the rookies are going to be dominant I might as well join in on it instead of fighting it. Going young baby! Send me some offers for Okafor people, he is priced to move.

Don't really think they're overpaying at all.

Wade is still a top tier player in this. You get those and then you worry about what's next.

Baron is irrelevant...so it's Gallo, Ibaka, a 3 point specialist and two high 1sts for a top tier player still in his prime. What am I missing

Not to say it's a bad deal for Blake, it's definitely a fair haul, just not a steal perse

I'm so glad a sim is back to now because now I know who the hell is who

I wouldn't say Baron is irrelevant (now that I've looked into it a little bit), he's actually kind of a beast given the context of this league. He's putting up 4.1 assists in 17 minutes, and his steal rating is 7 higher than Wade's (

). I'm thinking about starting him next sim just to see what's up (7-7-2-7 offensive 1-9's).

It's also worth noting that I was able to get out of Drew Gooden's terrible contract for the next three seasons, which was a major plus for me.

But I agree, I don't think X overpaid. We were in opposite stages, I wanted to add pieces and he wanted to consolidate pieces. Worked out for both of us.

I don't really want to win anything, honestly. Need those lotto balls.

But 34% isn't dreadful, maybe if his o-o was lower than 7 it would be worse. Dude is 25-64 so far, that's 39%. Probably wont stick with that, but even if he shoots 36% from here out that'd be great.

Somebody should spreadsheet it and see how high his assist ranking is compared to everybody else, gotta be top 10 in the league.
