International Players (2015 Draft)
Oudry Kisamba (Rep. of Congo) , 7'0 , 19 , C , Club Baloncesto Estudiantes (Spain).
Oudry Kisamba has allready agreed to play for the Florida Gators as Billy Donovan Announced 2 years ago but unfortunately for the Gators fans and Donovan (and FRSL GMs) Visa issues has prevent Kisamba to play College Basketball. Just like other Congolese players such as Dikembe Mutombo and Serge Ibaka , Kisamba is a great defense player using his long wingspan to block a lot of shots and also for steals , also he is a good rebounder. Unlike Mutombo and Ibaka , Kisamba is a very gifted Offensive player (17PPG/9RPG/2APG with 57% in only 25 min in Estudiantes) , he has a soft touch around the rim and also possess some great fakes moves to create the easy shot ,Kisamba also has the potential to be a great shooter from 15-18 feet. Though Kisamba possesses an impressive build already, his ability to pack on pounds will be a point of interest moving forward. His frame seems like it could add quite a bit of weight, which will only augment the things he already does well and help him greatly down the road.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Alex Abrines (Spain) , 6'5, 20 , SG/PG , Malaga (Spain).
Alex Abrines dropped 31 points in an ACB game against Club Baloncesto, becoming the youngest player in the history of the top-tier European league to score 30 or more in a game. The 19-year-old shooting guard is all about scoring, and he's quite good at it. There's a solid chance that he'll wait until the 2015 FRSL season to polish more his defense fundamentals , but he has the smooth offensive game necessary to make an immediate transition. Abrines has an impressive shot from downtown, but you can't respect it too much or else he'll use his explosiveness to get to the rim . Abrines Great length and long arms should help him steal the ball and interfere his opopponent with passing the ball, still no decision if he will join the team that will pick him in the next year ..stay tuned.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Linos Chrysikopoulos (Greece), 6'8.5,19,SG/SF/PF, Angelico Biella (Italy).
Chrysikopoulos is considered to be one of the best Greek talents of his generation and he also has the body of a modern player with impressive wingspan and a mindset for the game. Much of the intrigue around Chrysikopoulos lies in his size, athleticism, and versatility. Though he has played the small forward position almost exclusively this season, the long, 6'9 youngster played mostly at the four earlier in his career, but has also seen time at as somewhat of a point forward for the Greek junior national team. Standing 6'8 without shoes and a 7-foot plus wingspan, Chrysikopoulos is a very good athlete, showing good quickness and running the floor with purpose in transition. A fluid and fairly explosive player for the European game, Chrysikopoulos hasn't reached his full potential from an athletic standpoint as he's yet to fully grow into his excellent frame. At my last visit in Biella I heard some scouts say that chrysikopoulos reminds them of a younger version of Nicolas Batum but he might turn to be a better on offensive player than Batum. On defense Chrysikopoulos gets lost watching the ball from time to time, but manages to get by thanks to his ability to contest perimeter shots and force turnovers with his tremendous wingspan. As he gains strength and experience and continues to work on his fundamentals, Chrysikopoulos could be a pretty dynamic defender due to his natural physical tools.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Lucas "Bebe" Nogueira (Brazil),7'0 ,20 ,PF/C, Pau Orthez (France).
Brazilian big man Lucas Nogueira (Nickname is "Bebe" which translates to "baby") had plenty of FRSL draft buzz coming into the 2013 Nike Summit after impressing many who saw him last summer at the U-18 FIBA Americas tournament in San Antonio, where he led the tournament in rebounds, blocks, and field goal percentage. He played less than 13 minutes during the game at the Hoop Summit, second least on the team, but he did score 4 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, and blocked a shot, and gave glimpses of why he is such an intriguing prospect. Lucas's appeal starts with his incredible physical tools, as a 7-footer with a freakishly long 7'6” wingspan, and excellent mobility for a player his size. At this stage, his physical talents manifest themselves mainly in some jaw-dropping blocked shots, rebounds, and dunks from offensive rebounds, cutting to open spaces, and running the floor. His body is still very thin and weak, but that should come in time with the proper work ethic. Lucas's offensive skill set is still very raw, but he shows glimpses of some promise, especially in his feel for the game, occasionally throwing some very impressive passes. He is still very limited as a scorer and has virtually no post game, but he has decent touch on his shot and is an outstanding finisher around the basket thanks to his physical tools. Defensively, Lucas has incredible potential, as his size, length and mobility gives him the ability to cover a huge amount of ground and make a major impact as a shot-blocker. His fundamentals are fairly poor at the moment, struggling to step out on the perimeter, biting on pump-fakes and giving up ground too easily in the post, but he's often able to compensate for that with his sheer length and timing. He'll need to get significantly stronger to avoid being backed down in the paint by more physically mature big men.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Yohan Lamar(France),6'9,22,SF/PF/C, Benetton Treviso (Italy).
A long, versatile forward who has had his ups and downs production wise during his time in Italy, Reminds me of Boris Diaw - both aren't to athletic but unlike Diaw, Lamar could be a better rebounder. A positionless player who sees minutes offensively at the 3, 4 and even the 5 on occasion, but is capable of passing the ball better than many point guards. Guards the 1-5 defensively. Possesses great size for the perimeter and adequate height for a power forward. Doesn’t have ideal bulk for the low post, but is crafty enough that it doesn’t really matter. Not very quick or explosive, but is fluid in the open floor and shows good lateral quickness defensively. An outstanding passer who can act as a catalyst for his teammates offensively. Doesn’t force many turnovers or block many shots. Has the size to defend the post and the quickness to defend the perimeter. Shows good footwork on the defensive end and will get in a good stance on the ball On offense Lamar is quite versatile cant post inside and could hit an occasional 3 pointer but he wont be your first or second option at your team.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Olivier Giroux (Belgium),6'9,21,SF/PF,Anadolu Efes (Turkey).
Olivier Giroux is an undersized Power Foward, but he can also play as a Small Foward. Giroux isn't the most talanted player you'll find around, but he's defenitely avery useful player to have. 6'9 with long arms , good hands for a tall guy and reasonably good athleticism. Giroux gets most of his production through sheer hustle, whether it's running the floor, grabbing offensive rebounds , setting excellent screens , and being very physical and aggresive on both ends of the floor. Giroux plays solid team defense , because he is a tweener he will have some difficulties to defend well in the post and he won't alter a lot of shots as well. On offence Giroux has the range to hit an occassional 3 pointer and also has the ability to take advantage of spaces to put the ball on the floor if the situation calls for it , his post game isn't the most polished but he has the potetial to improve in the future.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Giacomo Rossi(Italy),22, 6'2,PG, Montepaschi Siena (Italy).
Giacomo Rossi is an Italian point guard whose creativity and passing ability allows him to standout. Possesses nice size for a point guard, but lacks bulk, length and ideal athleticism, which shows up primarily on the defensive end. Rossi is Fairly fluid and agile, but lacks a degree of explosiveness that hurts him around the rim and makes it difficult for him to create his own shot against more physical defenders. Able to get to the rim by using changes of speed and impressive ball-handling ability, but typically looks to dish off rather than try and score himself. One of the most entertaining passers around. Still needs to develop his outside shot to make up for his lack of athleticism. Wasn’t the most efficient player for Montepaschi Siena in the Lega Basket Serie A or Euroleague, but proved to be an exciting prospect due to his masterful court vision. Defensivly Rossi is a Mediocre defender due to his lack of lateral quickness. length and strength. Really lacks the physical tools to not get taken advantage of by the quicker, stronger and more physical point guards of the league On offence Rossi gets nearly half of his offensive opportunities running the pick and roll, with spot ups, isolations, and fast breaks accounting for the rest of his touches. Biggest weakness lies in his lack of a consistent outside shot.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Miklas Magnussen(Sweden),6'7,21,SG/SF, Alba Berlin (Germany).
Miklas Magnussen has good size for a FRSL shooting guard at 6-7 with a very nice wingspan. He’s a smooth athlete, not incredibly explosive, but clearly possessing necessary physical attributes. He’s a fluid player, highly coordinated, fundamentally sound, with nice quickness, a good first step and excellent leaping ability , but still won't the guy who will take the crutial shoots. Magnussen is a physical player who likes to mix it up and get dirty, not being soft in the least bit like your stereotypical European draft prospect is perceived to be. At Alba Berlin he will often have to switch out and guard big men in the post at times on rotations and will absolutely refuse to let anyone back him down , no wonder that Magnussen was always asked to defend the opposing team’s best player. He has shown throughout the season that he can face-guard players from positions 1-3 without any problems at all ,He is extremely intense on this end of the floor, being very pesky and getting right up in his man’s face on the perimeter. Miklas Magnussen has the ability to be a good rebounder, he has phenomenal hands and timing, so his aggressive demeanor, activity level and wingspan help him out greatly in this area. Sometimes you get the feeling with Magnussen that he’s being too unselfish at times, being too quiet for long stretches, deferring too much to teammates and not showing quite everything he has on the offensive end , wonder how he will fit in the FRSL League.

Re: International Players (2014 Draft)
Alex Paspalj(Serbia),6'10,20,PF/C,Partizan Belgrad (Serbia).
Unlike his father Zarko Paspalj, Alex Paspalj isn't the most offensive skilled player. His array of offensive weapons is rather limited. He has problems playing with his back to the basket, as his post-up moves are somehow poor, although his hook shot makes up for it up to a certain degree. Facing the basket, his slashing ability is limited by his average handles , but like his father he has the range to shoot from 15-18 feet and also from the 3p from time to time. On defense, he can be a good intimidator. Using his long arms and leaping ability with perfect timing, he gets a good amount of blocks on a regular basis. He has the physical tools, such as wingspan or quickness, and shows the right attitude to become a reliable defender. He's also a nice rebounder, getting many defensive boards thanks to his athleticism. Paspalj is a natural-born worker, always trying to get better, always improving on his weaknesses, and pretty intense on the floor. He's really serious about the game and shows great maturity and character,he doesn't hesitate if he's needed to lead his team. He knows his current limitations and plays under control. Given his physical profile and attitude, he still has lots of potential.
