Highlights of Sim 1
Damian Lillard SG, Blazers: after falling just short of the FRSL Finals this year, the Blazers decided to shake things up with a blockbuster trade that shipped Greg Oden, Andrew Harrison & Devin Ebanks to Nuggets with Damian Lillard, Tyreke Evans, and John Henson coming to Portland. Entering his fourth season in the FRSL, Damian Lillard is beginning to blossom into "superstar" status. The SG out of Portland is currently averaging 23.8 ppg and is shooting a remarkable 50% from three. Lillard is already being considered an early MVP candidate and surely one of this year's breakout players to lookout for.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope SF, Magic: the #13th pick in last year's draft, KCP did not see any playing time in his rookie season while fellow rookie teammates Terry Jackson, Anton Gill, and Dieng saw major minutes last year for the Magic's playoff run. After impressing Orlando's coaching staff in this year's summer league, KCP was named to the Magic's starting lineup for the beginning of the 2015 season. KCP is currently averaging 17ppg through his first 12 games though the most impressive numbers are on the defensive end where he is averaging almost 4 spg and over 1.5 bpg. At only 21 years old, look for KCP to be a top contender for the DPOY award for many years to come. Hot Starts Lakers (10-1), Sonics (6-1): No surprise here as both teams are loaded with talent. Should be an interesting race for the best record in the league this year as the Lakers & Sonics look to be early season favorites for this year's FRSL Championship. Cold Starts Nuggets (1-8), Pacers (1-6), Nets (1-12): It's clear that the Nets were going to be in tank mode going into this year's season as they're looking to rebuild through next year's draft & free agency though fans of both the Nuggets & Pacers have to disappointed after their respective teams have gotten off to slow starts. The Nuggets were dealt a huge blow after the team's franchise point guard Kendall Marshall went down with a torn ACL and their hopes for this season might already be over. The Pacers are still trying to deal with the loss of Carmelo Anthony this off-season as the team has been struggling to keep up with their opponents on the offensive end. Will the Pacers make a mid-season move to get them back on track? Surprise Teams Warriors (8-2), Clippers (7-5): after a season of mediocre play out of the Warriors they made some major moves this off-season bringing in Rudy Gay, re-signing Kenneth Faried, and drafting PG Dan Hershey who is looking like one of the major steals of this year's draft at #18. The Warriors are a vastly different team from last year and should definitely compete for a playoff spot this year. The Clippers were the worst team last year and their struggles have paid off in the form of Oudry Kisamba, who has helped the Clippers already match their win total from last year and is the early season favorite for ROY.

Re: Highlights of Sim 1
I really like this idea actually, if more people contribute we'll be able to find out about breakout players and who's doing great without really digging around too much.

Re: Highlights of Sim 1
Its a well writen article, but u have to keep things in persective..its just the first sim , i like how Lillard has started for me but i dont expect him to continue shooting 50% from outside, about the Warriors- they allready had a very good front court and gay is a franchise player .. The only question mark was how Dan Hershey will play and so far its looking great for them .. They can and should be a playoff team .. Any thing can change team will set their dc and will try to find the right set up.. Going to be intersting ..
The Nets , Nuggets And Pacers will try to get a higher pick ..
