The Draft Grades
A quick look back at the draft with some winners, and a whole bunch of meh.
1. Indiana Pacers, Brad Onassis, SG/SF Grade: B+ Mainly a personal preference, but I liked the next guy a lot more. Still a great player though. 2. Brooklyn Nets, Tejay Evans, SF/PF Grade: A Best player in the draft. Instant mismatch at SF from Day 1. 3. Denver Nuggets, MJ Cooper, PG/SG/SF Grade: B Solid wing guy, but probably not enough of a passer to play PG. Would be a very good low option. 4. Chicago Bulls, Stacey Jackson, SG/SF Grade: A- Lot of scoring here. Could be a 20 point guy out of the box. 5. Phoenix Suns, George Leary, SF/PF Grade: C Efficient, but a 'tweener who would probably struggle at PF. Could be a decent defender as well. 6. Chicago Bulls, Eli Fitzgerald, PG/SG Grade: B Best true PG in the draft, but high volume could be an issue. Nice matchup with Jackson. 7. St. Louis Warriors, Darnell Cox, PF/C Grade: D Needing everything else and reached at 7. We've heard this before. 8. Brooklyn Nets, Buki Nahe, SG/PG Grade: B- Nice little player here. Can probably be used at the point as well as 2. 9. New Orleans Hornets, LaDominic Washington, PG/SG Grade: C Another combo PG who can score some. Again, solid player. 10. Milwaukee Bucks, Mark Waidman, SF Grade: A- Good player, only negative is single position eligibility. 11. Washington Bullets, Arthur Miles, PF/C Grade: B Looks like a good defensive presence who's efficient. 12. Oklahoma City Thunder, Ames Pollard, SG/SF Grade: A- Nice player, although a little inefficient. Defense will cover for that though. 13. New York Knicks, Andrew Nicholson, PF/C Grade: A Great pick here. This guy could be a star. 14. Seattle Supersonics, Trevor Downs, SG/SF/PF Grade: B Development project. Could be a nice swingman. 15. Sacremento Kings, Allen Roth, PF/C Grade: B- Looks like a pretty nice offensive player, but TOs and low Blocks hurts him. 16. Oklahoma City Thunder, Andrew Weiss, PG Grade: B True PG who can defend. Not a bad pick here at all. 17. Minnesota Timberwolves, Ridley OHare, SG/SF Grade: B Looks like he could be a complete player. Well done here. 18. Phoenix Suns, Kris Clyde, PF/C Grade: B- See Allen Roth. 19. Brooklyn Nets, Andrew Wiggins, SF/SG Grade: C Defensively a little behind, but could be a good complimentary player. 20. Philadelpia 76ers, Zach Gillian, C Grade: C Nice development project. Only being eligible at C is a detriment. 21. Atlanta Hawks, Chucky Beniss, PF/C Grade: C+ Could work in the right system. I like this pick more than others may. 22. Denver Nuggets, Daniel Perez, SG/SF Grade: B Nice value this late. Could be a starter sooner rather than later. 23. Chicago Bulls, Michael Teller, PG/SG/SF Grade: C Looks like he's really a 2, but could provide value at 3 as well. Not a PG. 24. Toronto Huskies, Donald Green, SG/SF Grade: C- Gets to the line, but shoots too much for 44 percent. 25. LA Clippers, Eddy Pikly, SG/SF Grade: C Very similar to the guy above him. Needs to improve on D. 26. Chicago Bulls, Ian Scholl, SG/SF Grade: B- See above, but a tad more efficient. Very little differential among last 3 picks. 27. Orlando Magic, Malik Wool, PF/C Grade: C+ Good value pick, but not a lot to choose from. 28. LA Lakers, Niklos Mabrokopolis, PG/SG Grade: B Solid value pick here with nice AST number.

Re: The Draft Grades
Haven't looked at Leary's full ratings, but I drafted him to be an SF, not a PF

Re: The Draft Grades
I think I was even a little low on the Lakers pick.
As you can tell, I wasn't high on this draft at all.

Re: The Draft Grades
very good read ... The Nets , Bulls Thunder and Bullets are my winners in this draft.. i really like the Eli Fitzgerald pick .. could be a great player might be a great for the Hawks .. they like a scoring PG ..
Tejay Evans isnt perfect at the defense but as u said tim he will create such a mismatch .. he's a beast Ames Pollard and MJ Cooper both will fit perfectly to their teams style.. they really need those kind of players

Re: The Draft Grades
I kinda overlooked the Bulls. Very nice draft for them.
