December 21
Bos -5.5 vs 76ers +5.5 2 previous games between these 2 teams, both were in Boston. Each team won a game each. Both wins were by 20 points. This line would have been higher but with Durrant suiting up in green moved the line down. Boston is 6-3 on the road and the 76ers are 5-1 at home. Pros -7.5 vs Heat +7.5 These teams have not met this season. But the defending champs are a respectable 7-5 at home, while the Pros are beating up on teams on the road at a solid 8-3. December 22 Bucks +1.5 vs Nugs -1.5 Both of these teams are in contention for a low playoff seed. The Nuggets are playing .500 ball at home in a tough Western Conf. While the Bucks are 5-6 on the road. No previous games played between these teams. Wolves even vs Blazers even This is an amazing matchup, both teams are a half game out of 1st in the West. The Blazers are 12-2 at home but the Wolves have the best road record in the FRSL at 11-2. This game on paper should be tight. So the line reflects that. This is a pick'em. December 23 Nuggets +2.5 vs Pistons -2.5 1 previous matchup between these 2 teams took place in Denver, where the Pistons won 96-92. Pistons playing at home with a 5-9 record and the Nuggets on the road with a 3-8 record, Detroit takes a slight advantage going into this meeting Mavs +4.5 vs Hornets -4.5 One previous matchup this year, it was in Dallas where the Hornets squeaked out a 1 point victory. With a new GM taking over in Dallas, this line has been placed a little lower than expected. But this GM has previous GM knowledge and might just be able to setup a proper rotation and steal one from the Hornets. Vegas was quoted saying that they hope lots of people take the bait on a low number and that the new Dallas GM can make some money for Vegas. December 24 Thunder -3.5 vs Pacers +3.5 First matchup of the season between the Thunder and Pacers. The Pacers hold a dominant home record at 10-1, while the Thunder have only played 5 road games this season sitting at 2-3. Are the Thunder for real, or is it because they have played so many home games that their overall record might be a little misleading. This game will be a good bench mark to see where the Thunder stand. Warriors +16.5 vs Clippers -16.5 This game should be ugly. Clippers are 11-1 at home while the Warriors are winless in 7 games on the road. The Warriors can only hope that this is a let down game for the Clippers. As the Clippers travel to Iniana directly after this game, they might over look the Warriors and let this game be closer than it should be. December 25 Bullets +4.5 Vs Nets -4.5 The Bullets won the first meeting at home by 5 points. But with an awful road record at 2-7 and the Nets with a 9-5 home record the Nets get the Nod but this should be a close one. Both teams are 14-14 and this is a great divisional matchup. Pros +9.5 vs Wolves -9.5 The Pros were smacked around at home by the Wolves in the first meeting losing 96-82. The Pros have to much pride to let this happen again. Carrying an 8-3 road record the Pros look to go into Minny and return the favour. Only one problem with that though, the Wolves don't mess around at home. They have a 9-1 record and their Defence is enough to make teams simply just give up. Can the Pros stick around or will the Wolves dominate again.... December 26 Spurs +4.5 vs Bucks -4.5 No previous games played between the Spurs and the Bucks. Bucks simply get the advantage due to home court advantage. Clippers -4.5 vs Pacers +4.5 Matchup of the top in the East against top in the West. Even though the Pacers have Home Court the Clippers are just to good. The one hope for the Pacers is hopefully that CP3 takes time to adjust to the Clippers system. On the other hand CP3 could take this trade and be rejuvenated and make the Clippers an unstoppable force. December 27 Bobcats +8.5 vs Magic -8.5 The Magic travelled to Charlotte for the Bobcats home opener and showed no respect, stomping the Bobcats 117-94. The weird thing is, is that the Magic are better on the road than they are at home. But the Bobcats are dismal on the road with a 3-12 record. The Magic should be able to walk away with this one, but the Cats could keep it close as the Magic are only 1 game above .500 at home. Suns -12.5 vs Spurs +12.5 The Suns came into Mexico City earlier this year and walked out with a 20 point victory. I doubt the outcome will be any different, except the Spurs should be able to keep it a little closer than 20 points. December 28 Bullets +5.5 vs Hawks -5.5 The Bullets held their home court in the 1st meeting winning 102-89. But the Bullets are awful on the road and have only managed 2 victories out of 9 games. But they should be able to keep it close as the Hawks are only 7-5 at home. Thunder +7.5 vs Wolves -7.5 These teams are already familiar with eachother playing 3 games. Thunder won the first game on the road 92-90. But since then the Wolves have won the last 2. 1st at home 104-88 and the 2nd on the road 96-89. Can the Thunder even up the series? Or with the Wolves continue to dominate the home floor. December 29 Celtics -4.5 vs Heat +4.5 Again with the Cletics, they are a hard team to handicap without seeing how KD fits with their squad. The Heat have proved that they can hold their own on home court, so it will come down to how well Ebanks can limit KD on the offensive end. Warriors +5.5 vs Pistons -5.5 The Pistons favourites? Well when they are playing a team whose goal is to get as many ping pong balls as they can, yes the Pistons are the favourites. But even though the Warriors don't want to win, they might actually get a W here, or at least keep it close. December 30 Suns +6.5 vs 76ers -6.5 The 76ers have played the least amount of home games in the FRSL, and yet they still hold down 2nd in the East. The suns are a much improved team but are not on the same level as the 76ers. The suns are 2 games above .500 on the road so they can keep this close. December 31 Blazers +12.5 vs Huskies -12.5 The Huskies only hope is Kim Lin, but when playing a defensive team like the Blazers I don't think the sophmore will be able to do enough to even keep this game close. January 1 Pistons +16.5 vs Wolves -16.5 If the Wolves don't win this game GM Hunerman should be forced to resign his position within the Wolves organization. January 2 Thunder +3.5 vs Hawks -3.5 This should be a close game from start to finish. Whoever wins the front court battle of Mcgee/TT vs Love/Jordan should win this game. January 3 Bullets +6.5 vs 76ers -6.5 The Bullets again on the road are bad. Their young core does not know how to win on the road yet, so the 76ers and their vets should be able to handle the Bullets. January 4 Pros -9.5 vs Warriors +9.5 Two opposites going head to head. One making a playoff push, the other trying to win the lotto. Pros are very effective on the road and should not have any trouble here. Both teams should get what they want, Pros a W and Warriors a L. January 5 Blazers +2.5 vs Clippers -2.5 This is going to be a must watch game. A matchup between an aging CP3 and the phenom rookie pg Keegan Johnson who is almost averaging a double double already (the Pistons really ****ed that up). Both teams have dominating front courts as well. This could be a WCF preview. January 6 Pacers -5.5 vs Bucks +5.5 The Pacers are only 2 games above .500 on the road which shows they aren't a dominating team and very beatable on the road. Will the Bucks take advantage? January 7 Bullets +8.5 vs Mavs -8.5 This will be a good test for the Bullets front court to see if they can control A. Davis. The Bullets front court is so young and so good and if they can control Davis this 8.5 spread should easily be eclipsed. On the other side Davis could keep this game close. January 8 Nuggets -7.5 vs Hawks +7.5 If Sullinger can come back and stay healthy he can make the Nuggets a much better team. But we don't know how Randle/Sullinger/Pasterchuk are going to mesh, but this will definately a big test for the Nuggets to see how well these 3 play together. January 9 Celtics +2.5 vs 76ers -2.5 KD or not KD? how will the Celtics perform.

knocked it down to 1 game a day, was taking crazy long. Next time i'm going to skip the write up and just handicap.
