Vegas Lines
Just putting this out there to add on to what people can do in this league.
I will pick 2 games from each day for the upcoming SIM and handicap them. For example Pistons at Wolves, the line would be set like this Pistons +16.5 (pistons can lose by 16 points) Wolves -16.5 (wolves must win by 17 points) Say the final score was Pistons 87 Wolves 101 (wolves win by 14) If you bet the wolves, you would lose the amount wagered. If you bet the Pistons, you would have won 2x the amount wagered And the GM'S can pm me who they want to pick and the amount they want to wager. Each team will begin with a $1,000 bank roll Max bet per game will be set at $100 When/if your bankroll hits zero dollars you will be eliminated, and won't be allowed to place bets. If you win the bet you will win 2x the amount bet. If you lose, you lose the amount wagered. I will try my best to use as many different teams as I can so every one can bet their own team if they wish. If this catches on I will continually add more games to the action. I will keep track and post the results after each SIM. This is all for fun, no actual money will be used. If this seems like a fun idea let me know and I will attempt to get this going. If there isn't enough interest I'm not going to waste my time researching the games and handicap them.

Alright seems like the regular posters are interested, so I will work on this tomorrow morning. I will be tied up after 3pm though so all the results will be posted on Tuesday.
I will have the lines up before 3pm, all picks must be sent in before the SIM begins

Nah it's not worth it don't rush. I won't be home until about 5 PST, so the SIM will have started.
I apppreciate all the hard work you're putting in though! If the games are up even a day before the SIMs in the future I'll be sure to get involved. |
