first 8 rounds- 4 hours to pick.
last rounds- 2 hours.

if you'll miss 1 pick, you get only 2 hours to make your picks (people need to learn to send lists even do not pick lists)

I don't get wanting current rosters....who wants to be the Wizards? Bobcats?

We can do current rosters if all the people who demand it want to take the worst teams. Otherwise, you need a draft to build your own team.

I can understand using current PLAYERS or retro PLAYERS but how can you just skip the draft entirely?

i think that starting from a snake draft keeps the level of the teams pretty even. You can't keep it close to the reality when you don't have cash penalties like in real life so the owners of the Heat, Thunder, Lakers have adv over the other teams.
