i guess we will allow it but we won't allow to go with the startegy of tanking from 1st moment lile allrim and letsgoceltics did in the last draft.

From what I remember a lot of the "fake players" are real guys as well....by that I mean guys who are not in the NBA yet but do exist.

too many vacant teams Hannes... and to find new owners to teams with fake players it harder then find for teams with current players.

I think I'll pass on both for now. I think both 2012 and retro would both be very very fun, but I don't know if it's going to prevent the season or the season after from being cancelled. There were 6 inactive teams this season, and its not impossible there could be around that many by the end of the first season. If you have guys need one more person at the end of the Snake Draft (if there is one) or end of the first season to keep this league going though, count me in, I'd take any team. I just want some assurance that the league is strong enough to move forward. Goodluck to everyone in the restart.

What if you had 20 teams with only top 4 teams in each conference in the playoffs? Tighten hard caps and implement tanking rules like you had earlier and let 20 very active GMs battle it out. GM skills would be more necessary than ever to win. Experienced GMs may dominate at first, but even Smath and Kenneth had to eventually rebuild also... First round in the playoffs are predictable anyways, now you have a bunch of very good teams, active GMs, essentially fight for a spot in the conference semifinals. Probably save you guys some time as well.

Snake drafts suck, but what other option is there?
