But we can do the 1995 the same way with no draft, can't we? And that will keep real players in the game for a longer period of time.

My preference is to start in the 90's with current rosters and every rookies drafts will be a shuffling of the rookies since then till now. I also prefer not to do snake draft, or maybe just 5 rounds of snake draft and just let JSB to sim the other rounds. Imo we realy need to find different niche from KVBL and retro sim is a good idea.

Yeah i know why you worried about the drafts, but as i said the drafts not going to be the same as they were suposed to be. And also me and Smath thought on anti-tank rule: If your team will get top 5 pick in the draft the pick in the 3rd year will go 10 places down...

Wait what?! If one year I get a top 5 pick, I am punished down the road?
It should be a top 5 pick two years in a row...

nope... if you get a top 5 pick (your own pick off course) for 3 consecutive years then your pick will move 10 spot down.

re: New Sign Up Thread (Lotto Order in post 225, Player Spreadsheet in post 261)
Honestly as a one that is gona help running this , I don't care wich way we go , all I want is a good active and competetive league.
Hunerman - 22 teams where most ppl make the playoffs is not competetive , secret of KVBL sucuss is alot of teams , alot of GM's , very competetive. Also , a Fantasy draft = not competetive , some GM's have a better starting point then others , we can do stuff to to improve the snake draft timings , like only start once everybody has a long list , and if you choose to pick live you get 30 min's or so for every pick. thats the least of the worries honestly. Im leaning throwrds Retro and I'll explain why , yes 2012 is much more current and cooler , might be even more fun with fake players to get attached to BUT we need something diffrent then KVBL , and we need something that attracts new GM's , if we go Retro we allrdy have 2-3 very active GM's that will join. Im gona hold my vote for now , but I am leaning to Retro.
