KJ send in a list?

Just like last snake draft my picks will be somewhere in the middle of the night. So I really hope we have some progress soon to make it easier to send you a list as I might need a list for both picks I guess, which makes it even harder in especially in the first rounds.

Maybe I am more lucky with the rounds afterwards.

I don't think autopicking a guy who doesn't belong in that particular round is the answer. Not only will that GM return to his team and say gee, thanks, I quit, but no GM is going to pick up that team should this situation arise. I think it's best to just pick the best player available period, based off of Omer's analysis, or whomever else is running the draft. I understand you want to punish those who miss their pick, and do not send in a list, but the future of the league has to be considered here as well. I would much rather have to replace a GM knowing that another GM will step in and take the team, instead of having that uncertainty. Just my two cents.

Is this a 24 hour draft? It seems as if only one person is running the draft. I think we should designate a team during the night (when the normal person is sleeping) to I guess "postpone" the draft, so teams can pick live, should they choose.

if you don't know who to draft, ASK A VETERAN!

I don't want to have new GMs waste 4 hours of our time by waiting for their pick to be auto'd.

Ergo Irving or Monroe. If we have to auto the next pick, I mean. If a few more picks go by, maybe we downgrade to a Tyreke Evans or a Evan Turner type. Good, young players on reasonable contracts that just aren't quite as good as a guy you would have legitimately taken had you made that pick.

Anyway, the committee will decide.

I hate when you have to postpone the draft during the night (because some of us lives in europe, including me...) so maybe from 12 am till 8 am the time limit will be extended to 8 hours.

The problem here is that we have people from all over the world in this league. I mean, the commish lives in Israel. So night for some of us is the middle of the day for others. The fact is, at some point you're probably going to have to send in your list because your picks going to end up at night. It's a pain, but its a pain we're all going to have to deal with. When it becomes night in the States, the draft does tend to slow down, but pausing the draft is unfair to the others and just slows the whole thing down even more.

This is probably more what I was thinking when I commented on the draft during the night. Atleast for maybe, the first 1-4 rounds. After that, things should speed up, in my opinion.

It worked last time. Should work this time I think. You can normally guess how much will be reached the night. Then just send a list of 7-8 players and you are safe.
