Re: Rondo Vs Irving who is the better PG in FRSL right now
People make mistakes drafting KB. Big mistakes. Check the NBA, check the FRSL snake draft, check the rookie drafts every single year.
Bearing on value? Perhaps. The 1st pick is probably better than the 30th pick. But why refer to draft value when there are ratings right in front of you? Check the draft results of our snake and tell me that every single GM drafted the right guy... |

well you're pointing out an anomaly, of course there will be those. but in general draft position has a linear conversion to value.

Re: Rondo Vs Irving who is the better PG in FRSL right now
It's funny because I somehow agree and disagree with everyone. I think Noby speaks of some sheds of truth. Kyrie Irving may be better than Rondo depending on the players around him. I don't think Irving is lightyears better than him offensively, but in a bad team with no offensive players, Kyrie is a better fit. I don't know how often you guys watch Celtic games, but Rondo needs decent players around him as much as KG and PP rely on him to create for them. Rondo's inability to make jumpshots is also another reason why you can't give him the ball for a last second shot. Thus, Kyrie may be better than Rondo in some circumstances. Rondo is certainly a more impactful player for his team, but fit has a lot to do with it. I don't think it's as clear cut or ridiculous as Allrim making it to be. It's a good debate though because they are both point guards but have different games and are in different stages in their careers. Though I'm curious what you guys would say if I asked, who you rather have in that 2000 Sixers team that made the Finals? Iverson or Nash?
